Data Deletion Policy

1. Deletion Requests

Users can request account and associated data deletion by contacting support from their registered email.

2. Verification

We verify identity before processing deletion requests to protect account security.

3. Scope of Deletion

We remove account profile data and application records tied to your account, except where retention is required by law, security review, fraud-prevention, or payment dispute handling.

4. Processing Time

Deletion requests are generally processed within 14 business days after identity verification.

5. Inactive Free Accounts

If a user falls back to the Free plan after trial or paid access ends, EasyKhata may retain the user's data for up to 12 months after the last login. After that period, inactive data may be deleted.
