Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 13 April 2026

1. Trial

New users receive a 30-day Pro trial. After trial expiry, account access moves to Free plan behavior.

2. Free Plan

Free plan currently allows read-only access to existing data and report downloads. Create/edit/delete actions may require paid access.

3. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plan activation is processed through Razorpay and applied after successful payment verification.

4. Refund Requests

All subscription payments are final. EasyKhata does not currently offer refunds after successful payment capture, except where required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation

EasyKhata does not currently offer a separate cancellation workflow for already-paid billing periods. If future recurring billing is introduced, cancellation rules will be updated in this policy.
