1. Service Scope

EasyKhata is a bookkeeping and record-management platform. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful activities or to store data that violates applicable laws.

4. Plans and Access

Plan features and limits may vary over time. New users may receive a limited Pro trial period. After trial expiry, accounts may move to Free plan behavior, including read-only restrictions described in the product and billing policy.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or block accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyKhata is provided "as is" and liability is limited for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, India will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
